PROCAARE: RFI--Health insurance for HIV/AIDS care

Dear All, 

I am working on the issues of Health Insurance and HIV/AIDS care in
Thailand, and seeking following information on;

* What is the standard care for HIV/AIDS in other countries?
		-including ARV therapy
		-double combination
		-triple combination

* What are the sources of financing?
		-By public health insurance and welfare scheme
		-By patients out of pocket
		-other

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could provide me any information
concerning above issues.
