Should people go for HIV testing when treatment is not available?

People need not know whether they are positive or not before they reorganise their lives in the
light of the threat of HIV/AIDS epidemic. What is the possibility of maintaining anonymity in
testing?
Testing should be voluntary and one who is going for a test should realise that there is neither
treatment nor anonymity.
