HCC: Structured discussion survey
- Insight Initiative Team, Thailand
*************************************
Dear ProCAARE forum members,
We are now at the end of our seven-month structured discussions on home and
community-based care (HCC). We have very much enjoyed moderating this forum and working
with you to delve deeper into the issues around home and community care. Now WE NEED YOUR
HELP to evaluate the HCC structured discussion. Please give us 5 - 10 minutes of your time
to fill in the short survey below.
The results will help ensure that future structured discussions on important health
topics, such as HCC, are organized and run in the most useful way. We shall collate your
responses and make the report available to you all in due course.
With warm regards and many thanks in advance for your help with this final stage of the
HCC discussion.
