Dear Colleagues,

This is very good news for those of us managing persons living with HIV/AIDS in resource
limited settings as exist in my country Nigeria.

My review of existing literature had come up with Sustiva being the only NNRTI with the
efficacy of PI-based regime's and I had felt that our population of patients with assumed
very high viral loads were being given sub optimal therapy using a Dual Nucleoside
backbone and Viramune.
