Suggestions of the 2nd International Steering Committee Meeting on behalf of the
Scientific Committee:
Dakar, Senegal, 9 - 10 May 2003.

Dear Forum Members,

The International Steering Committee was pleased with the positive feedback received
regarding the programme discussion on this forum. The forum member's suggestions have been
very useful in finalising and refining the conference programme. Based on the
recommendations below, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision by the end of
May 2003.
