I would like to thank Msimanga for taking the initiative to give a report on Botswana
[referring to posting: [procaare] Re: Pre-6th HCC: Taking care of caregivers (11)]. My
only concern is that it is too academic and it generally does not reflect what is
happening on the ground.

For instance, the availability of food - everyone knows about the special programs that
the government has set up to tackle this issue. There are many both government assisted
organisations and NGOs involved in training caregivers. The efforts may not be enough but
at least something is being done. I would suggest that maybe one needs to pick an
administrative district or a specific project to give a report on.
