Building competence among the District AIDS coordinators

Dear colleagues, 
 
I am currently in the process of developing an interactive CD ROM which aiming at providing practical tools, strategies and ideas for coordinating a comprehensive HIV and AIDS programme  
 
The production needs three elements
1.  Curriculum development 
2.  Authoring the CD BASED CONTENT ACCORDING TO AGREEED MATERIAL 
3.  Burning of the CD
 
I kindly request any information on any possible tools and manual that that you can share with me on the following areas which then will be part of the material needed
1.  Advocacy and partnership management , including management of multisectoral AIDS committees
2.  HIV and AIDS programming at district level 
3.  Monitoring and evaluation 
4.  Practical strategies to expand prevention , care and mitigation
5.  Protection and involvement of the vulnerable group in the response to HIV and AIDS
