I personally do not support testing before marriage as long as the people concerned are honest and true to each other. Testing implies lack of trust. If any of the individuals involved is not trustworthy ? testing is a waste of time and resources because immediately after marriage such an individual would go back to their old ways and predispose their partner to the virus. 

I would only agree with testing if none of the people who are married had not been infected by their partners during the course of the marriage. If the married were not affected in the infection episodes then I would totally agree with the call for testing before marriage, otherwise it creates unnecessary discrimination and should therefore be discouraged by all means.
