Thanks for your response. 

I was not suggesting we should compare the capacity of Mali to that of France.

I was putting attention on the record of the 5 candidates in favour of scaling up access to treatment for PLWHA in developing countries (a story I know quite closely). And although I fully agree Michel Sidibe is great (and had done a lot for that issue through his responsibilities at UNAIDS), I believe any non biased observer would recognize that Michel Kazatchkine did the most of the five candidates on that. But of course there are other criteria and I fully respect your choice. 

Anyway, they are choosing right now, not us.....
