I'm an African working in Africa in Public Health sector . I read the messages and found them relevant and useful. So naturally I was surprised by the amount of vitriol in the mail from Cornu.

I think Pathfinder deserves a pat on the back and not a bat on their head. Even if one may find fault with a small portion of the job aid, it is always good to acknowledge the amount of resources including time spent in developing such a tool.
