The clarification does not change the validity of the criticism of Christophe and Eric. If you do not promote condom use for everyone having intercourse, vaginal or anal, with any partner, male or female, HIV positive or HIV negative, you are promoting unsafe sex among a lot of people. If that is so, you should not be working in HIV prevention and no one should use your manual. To say that some people feel comfortable with that advice is irrelevant. The advice is lethal. It contributes to the spread of HIV.
