Guidelines are there, It's Implementation That's a Problem

Hi

I am a Kenyan nurse who is trained in paediatric HIV management. The government thro' other stakeholders came with a very practical disclosure method. Personally, i have practiced it on 13 children and seen it working very well. The challenge is that we fall short of counsellors who would help in guiding these children and their family. Like many other projects in Kenya, implementation is the problem, otherwise on pen and paper, the guildelines are good.
